I'm not sure if this is the right location for this question, so I apologize if I'm in the wrong forum.
I have two desktop computers that are serving as data acquisition systems. What I'm looking to do is provide a battery backup that will 1)keep the machines running in the event of a quick loss of power 2) will allow me enough time (~20 minutes) to log into the desktops remotely to shut down the software, and 3) will send me an e-mail notification when there is a loss of power. From browsing through the products it appears as though the Smart-UPS 1000VA will do all of these things. Am I correct? Can 1 of these support 2 computers?
