NMC3 problem to agree email to report alarms

Hi everyone, Today I had a problem tu agree email to recieve alarm. Someone has presented you with this problem or issue with your UPS network card. The UPS is model SRV 2KI and de NMC3 is model AP9544.

Can you please expand on what the problem is??? 🤔 I can see the options to setup the SMTP and other settings are greyed out.

Are you saying there is a license agreement that is causing this problem?!?

On other UPS (Galaxy, Easy 3S) I have been able to configure to add server, recipent, etc., But In this UPS(SRV 2KI) I can´t. So Its is possible agree email o server or I need license?. What I need to know is that there is a way to configure the UPS to enable server and recipients.

If these options are not enabled on the card (server, recipients). Do you know how to enable these options? Thank you.

Of course Yes Teken, I was trying to add the server and container but the network card does not allow me, I do not know if it is because of the UPS model or the network card model but I have not had this problem in previous opportunities with UPS SURT, SRT, galaxy 300 and easy 3S.

Let’s start with the basics to help narrow down where the problem may lie. Did this NMC come with the UPS? If so has it been this way since the initial setup?!?

What is the current firmware on this NMC and did you upgrade it?!?
