Hi,
I have been doing some testing for assigning IP addresses through DHCP for the UPS network cards 9617 and 9630.
They can aquire a DHCP address succesfully and generate the emails as required.
But once the network card is rebooted, it cant resolve the DNS name of the email server.
so cannot generate any mails.
Folloiwing error message is displayed in the event log.
System: Email: Could not resolve 'domainxxxx.com.au'
The issue is resolved if I reset the device to default settings and configure DHCP again.
Has anyone experienced this issue before ?
Appriciate your help to resolve this issue.

Hi,
I upgraded the firmware and the issue seem to have been resolved now.
Tried several times but could not simulate the issue.
I am going to do some more testing tomorrow and will update you.
Thanks for the support.

Hi,
Extremely sorry for the late reply.
I have attached herewith the extract of the event log.
I am not sure whether the log has got enough information for troubleshooting.
is it possible to change the log level in the UPSs ?
In addition to this question, I noticed that the input voltage displayed in the UPS is higher than the actual input voltage.
E.g. - according to multimeter reading, the voltage is around 240 V. but according to UPS data log, the voltage never drops below 248 V
