My computer won't turn on in battery mode (UPS brand new)
Hi. My computer won't turn on in battery mode with the APC BX-1500M-LM60 1500va (900w)
The consumption of my computer is approximately only 500 watts. The same UPS show this in the display but is not working in battery mode. When the electrical service fails then my UPS can't turn on my computer, because it only turns on some RGB lights. No video signal, the rest of the pc stays off. ๐
My UPS is totally brand new
My PC have i9 900K processor, 9 rgb fans, 1 hdd, 1 M.2 NVME, RTX 3070 and ENERMAX 1200w Platinum power supply

Hi,
This UPS has two outlet groups. Battery/Surge and Surge only. During a power outage the UPS provides output to the Battery/Surge outlets. The Surge only outlets are powered off.
Is the PC plugged into one of the Battery/Surge outlets and not a surge only outlet?
Does the UPS provide output to any of the Battery/Surge outlets when switched to battery?
