My Back-UPS Pro 1500 worked fine for two weeks; today it started beeping exactly once every 15 minutes. I have muted all alarms, both through PowerChute and on the machine, as well as played with all the settings of PowerChute hoping to get lucky. Everything reads that all systems are go. battery reads fully charged. I'd love to stop this beeping. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for replying. The problem turned out to be the battery backup for My Verizon FIOS modem, which was plugged into the 1500. The battery was dying in the FIOS backup pack, and that was causing the beeping. Very odd, but at least we got to the root of the problem. Thanks again for taking the time to respond and try to help. It is appreciated.

There is no defined meaning for a beep every 15 minutes. What kind of equipment do you have attached to this back UPS?
