Low runtime on battery

Unit: APC BACK-UPS RS 1300VA LCD 120V
This ups is approximately 2 years old. The batteries were not holding a charge, so I replaced them.
I let it charge overnight. The battery Icon is showing full. With a computer, monitor and external drive
plugged in the run time is showing 4 min. We have 3 other upcs with the same configuration which
have runtimes of 20+ minutes. Any ideas?

do you have software and a USB cable connected to the UPS when you see this low runtime? are these genuine APC batteries or third party?
