J35B battery replacement source

There doesn’t see to be a place to buy a replacement battery for the J35B. I went to their website and even ordered from their distributor CDW but I had to eventually cancel the order because it never shipped.

All the Amazon replacements look to give you a 12V9Ah replacement, but my battery shows 24V10.5Ah.

Anyone know where to get a replacement battery?

May I know where are you from so that I can find on to what team can I direct you? I also checked the P/N of the battery and it is APCRBC131 just in case you do not have this information yet.

I’m from the USA. On the APC website, I was linked to CDW to buy the battery RBC131 as I mentioned in the original post.
