J Type Power Conditioner Failure

I have the above unit hooked up to a TV, DirecTV receiver and stereo amp. The equipment hooked to the unit has started turning off and then back on again. The unit was installed in August 2015 and well within  the 3 -6 year battery life span but even if the battery is bad shouldn't power still flow through to the electronics? Power is not being lost anywhere else in the house and a wall lamp attached to the same wall outlet as the UPS does not go out.

Any ideas what's going on?

TIA

Could you please provide the exact model and serial number for the unit? This will be helpful in determining the source of the issue.

Although you may have what appears to be stable power elsewhere in the house, the J-Type UPS is designed to monitor utility power for any power anomalies which may fall outside the acceptable thresholds for the unit. If the unit encounters any power condition which causes the UPS to switch to battery power momentarily, and the battery is too weak to support he load, it will turn the load off.

Additional information will help.

Thanks for the reply. It's model J25B S/N QB1519350608 I ran a battery test and it shows "OK". The Sys load for the TV, satellite receiver and amp was 346W, 40%. Power interruption to the TV, amp & receiver has not occurred since I wrote this question though nothing was changed. What's up?

TIA

Lets see if we can gather a bit more detail.

If you press and HOLD the bottom left button for approx. 10sec, the unit will enter a Diagnostic Menu. Once you have entered said menu, you can then use your arrow keys to cycle through the most recent power events or fault warnings. Please provide this information.

Looking forward to your response.

Is there a source that I can access for information on what the various diagnostic codes mean? (They're not in the Installation and Operation manual that came with the UPS.) This is a friend's UPS and she lives 15 miles away. It's located under a heavy piece of furniture that supports her TV and stereo equipment which she is unable to move by herself. I drove out over the weekend to get the model & S/N information. I have a similar model and I know how to find the codes but I have to make a trip out to get the read out on hers.

Thanks.
