Is my 650 still usable?

Recently, we had a circuit cut off that involved the 650. the computer cut itself off but the 650 did not appear to have done anything. does this mean the 650 is no longer working?

Just to be clear, it sounds like you cut an upstream breaker off to the circuit that supplies input power to this UPS, and the UPS did not support the load? What exactly do you mean by "did nothing"? I would be curious to know if it tried to go to battery but dropped the load, or if the UPS literally did nothing, and stayed online, etc.

Also, what is the exact model and serial # of the UPS? When was the last time the battery was replaced?
