Is it okay to turn off my UPS overnight?

Good Day. I've recently acquired a Back Pro UPS 900va (Back-UPS RS 900G). The device works as intented but I noticed that when plugged to the wall and turned on it makes a constant buzzing like "coil whine". Since I use headphones when I'm at the computer I dont hear it, but it's quite annoying at night when everything is quiet.

So, my question is: Is it "healthy" for the UPS to turn it off (not unplug it from the wall) when I go to sleep and turn it on again when I have to use my computer?
