I replaced the batteries on my J10
I took it to battery plus and they said the part that u plug back into the unit is dead. HOw do get a replacement plug or do i have to get a new J10 battery pack ?

We don't offer this separately so yes, you'd have to buy a new battery pack/module which is what we intend the user to do (versus replacing individual battery modules inside). According to the product page (which the current version is the black model here ->http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=J10BLK ) APCRBC108 is used.
