Hi everyone!
In my company’s server room, we have a Smart-UPS SRT 5000 (SRT5KRMXLI). I’ve updated the NMC 3 to version 2.5.4.4 (AP9640/41/43) and the UPS firmware to 15.9 (ID1020), which is the latest available at this point.
However, the message “This is not the latest available firmware” still appears even after the updates. I tried clicking Dismiss and the X, but the notification keeps coming back. (I did that under Remote User account with a type "Super User")
Is there any way to permanently remove this message without activating a subscription for the Secure NMC System Tool?
P.S. "Sorry if I’m asking the same thing on the forum again — maybe there’s already a workaround out there, but I haven’t been able to find it."

If you login as the APC Super User what happens once you click dismiss?!? What are the results of clearing the browser’s history, cache, and cookies than logging back in and selecting dismiss?!?
Lastly, what are the results using a different web browser?!? What browser and version are you seeing this issue on??
What happens on another computer system / OS?

When I press 'Dismiss', the message disappears, but it reappears after I log in again. The same behavior occurs in different browsers. I haven't tried it on a different workstation or operating system.
