How to manage multiple USB connected UPS.
I have multiple UPSPro units connected to my laptop docking station, all via USB connections. All three are properly checked in via Device Manager. I only have Personal Edition software. When I start the management software, I can only talk to and manage the first one. Is there a way to make it talk to the others?

For a Back UPS, unfortunately no. Most users (when these were designed anyway) have one computer per UPS and so the software can only manage one UPS at a time and only supports one instance.
We only currently support this (interface expanders) via serial on larger UPSs such as Smart UPS.
