How to Charge My Back UPS RS800?

Hi,

First of all, I'm new to APC and to this forum.
I searched everywhere online and couldn't find a single
post/article regarding how to charge the UPS.
Also the manual is assuming we all know about that.

Maybe it's pretty basic that everyone and their monkey
knows about... but I really have no clue.

I plugged a power cord to the UPS and into
the power source but nothing happened.
No indicator was lit. No sound. No heat. No nothing.
(it's 7 hours already)

Anyone please tell me the step-by-step to charge my RS800?
