So once all the modules were installed, and system enable turned ON. The UPS showed only the green Load ON and orange Bypass LEDs on the PowerView display?
Then when you turn off the maintenance bypass switch, the UPS goes online successfully, showing only the Load-On LED on the PowerView, but your equipment reboots?
As mentioned previously, there is a slight break transfer when the UPS is transitioning online from bypass 4-6 milli-seconds. Almost all equipment has no issue with this transfer time, but you may have equipment with older power supplies which cannot sustain operation during the transfer-time.
If there are faults/alarms or RED LED on the PowerView display, please share that information.

Hi Joe:
Yes. the UPS was on manual bypass, with built-in maintenance bypass switch, located to the right of the PowerView display, and the input breaker was engaged and System Enable switch off. Then, we pull out and cleaning the power modules and tried to back on line. We inserted againg the power modules, and turn on the system enable switch. The UPS display show "UPS in Bypass", but when disengaging the LX maintenance bypass switch (located to the right of the PowerView) to force UPS OnLine the load (servers) turn off and restared.
Thanks,
Frank
