Hi, I have this model, one of the fans is crackling and loud none stop, how can I replace it and from where? I am a resident in Israel so any place that can send to Israel would be great. or even better than OEM/original fans recommendation would be fine.

If the unit is still under warranty than contact APC Technical Support for a RMA. Have ready the serial number, purchase receipt, and brief description of the problem.
If there are any active faults / error codes provide the same to APC. If the system is not under warranty you can simply replace the fan with another with the same model or different fan maker that has the same two pin, voltage, static pressure, CFM.
NOTE: Ensure you keep the old fans plug jack (PJ) / wire harness in case you need to reuse it as some APC UPS do not use a standard fan header. Lastly, do not buy a PWM (Variable) fan or one with 3-4 wired pins. π€¦ββοΈ

Unfortunately, there's no warranty, and the fan started crackling after a year. The warranty says it will cost since it's not a battery or device issue. Do you have an example of the fan I need so I can look for it? I'm not sure how to replace the fans; I managed to replace the batteries, but I need to handle this because no one else will do it.

When was the hardware purchased?!? Show me the serial number of this unit as it has a three year warranty on the entire hardware including the fan.
The (RBC) Replacement Battery Cartridge is covered by a two year warranty. As it relates to the fan you would need to open the unit up and view the label to determine the maker, and specifications.
Once known either purchase the same fan and simply replace. The vast majority of the fans are simply held by a plastic clip, push pins, or retaining screws.
Simply unclip or remove the screws / push pins and disconnect the two pin fan plug. Than perform the same action in reverse order.

I will check it for you. I connected everything already after I replaced the batteries
The question is how do I connect the fan to the motherboard without being electrocuted

The system would be powered down by removing AC Mains and disconnecting the RBC (Battery) connector.
You can let the unit sit like this for 30 minutes also to allow any high voltage capacitors to discharge.
It will take you longer just to open up the system than to replace the internal fan. No worries getting electrocuted if you only touch & remove the fan plug.
