here is my problem, my UPS SURT8000XLI . it goes sometimes on and sometimes on bypass normal.
I explain: when I switched on after booting, it passes on the bypass and goes back to the normal, it behaves like this all the time.
I need help.

yes, when the problem happened it have a load at 20%.

no load, cause when i turn off all the load the problem appears.
I turned on the ups without load but the problem still appear.

alrighty. sometimes certain types of non-linear loads can cause this type of fault on the UPS which i had decoded. i believe this UPS will need to be replaced or repaired if it is under warranty unfortunately. i dont think that we can fix it 😞

my ups is not in warraty, that's why i need to repaire it.

what problems on the cards? and what do you mean by "cards?" here in the US we have one certified repair place or we have to replace the entire UPS. i am not sure what is offered in your region?
