My UPS stars chirping continuously.
The only way to get it to stop is to turn off the PCs attached to it, then turn it off and restart it
Upon restart, the event code is 55
What is this, and what do I do to fix it?
I had no power failures
Its happening about every three to four weeks
Windows 11 reports there is no battery power
Replace the battery or the UPS?
It was bought in April of 2021

I've attached the user manual and on page six which alarm state reflects your condition? Insure you also look at the front of the UPS LCD. APC offers a three year warranty so dig out your receipt as to exactly when you purchased the unit.
Could very well just be a bad battery that needs replacement - easy fix. But, you'll want to confirm with the manual which I appended here because it could be the UPS.

The manual page doesnt contain the error code I was seeing.
I guess Ill just replace the entire unit with another vendor
This is the third APC unit that failed 2 years in

I would encourage you to submit a service request with APC Technical Support. Ideally you should have done so when this question was posed on 01-15-2024.
As the unit was (In Warranty) at that time. Please reference this thread so they may consider this factor when deciding to make an exception.
Asking is free and would not cost you anymore out of pocket finances. Let me know how it all turns out or your decision to go another route. 👍
