Differences between the BE650 G & R models?

Other than cosmetic appearance is there any real difference between the G & R models of the BE650?

The G models are more "green" in that they have a master controlled outlet. If the device being powered by that outlet is turned off (in most instances this should be a PC), the remaining peripherals will power down as well.

Hmm... I went with the 650G but it doesn't have, list or show the master controlled outlet. I see that feature on the 750G model but not the 650G.

Could just be a typo too. The listing for the G model says it doesn't have the data recovery warranty but the box it came in lists it.

Ah well, too late now as I already bought the thing. My 5 or 6 year old 350 CS wouldn't switch over during power outages and we can't have that here in Florida 🙂

By the way the 650 G model if your using the APC software are you having any USB connection issues like the 750G models are having on the forum

I've never connected my UPS to the PC, so I can't comment on the communication problem, sorry.
