I am attempting to resurrect a DL3000RM3U. I have applied utility power and corrected the site wiring warning light. When I attempt to power on the unit there is no response. I have checked the fuses on the 2 transfomers good and the switch in the rear is good as well. I dont have batteries installed yet but it should still power on ? -- not sure on this.
Im looking for a troubleshooting guide or any other fuses and reset swithces to check. Thanks
Dale

Most APC BU/SU/SY models will not power up without one set of at-least-mostly-charged batteries installed.
This makes restarting old units problematic, as you don't know whether the failure to power on is due to not having batteries or a deeper problem with the unit, and you can't find out until you've invested in a replacement battery pack.
