I need to know what Power Chute USB Cable number for the DLA3000RMT2U UPS. I have cables marked 940-0127B which has a RJ50 connector on one end. The UPS has a regular USB connection and a serial connection. Thank you for your help

I did get a flashlight and looked closer at the connector and it is a RJ50 10 pin phone like connector not a USB connector, It was misleading to me as it is labled USB and that is the kind of connector I was looking for. So the unit does come with the correct connecting cable. It would have a more clear meaning if it was labeled TO USB.
What will the Power Chute software allow me to do? Can I change the input and output voltages and the battery power voltage? In other words as just a home computer owner, would it be a useful tool as the unit seems to work fine.
Thank you for your help

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. With regards to your question about PCBE (PowerChute Business Edition) here is a link on the product information page --> http://www.apc.com/products/family/index.cfm?id=125. PCBE provides UPS management and monitoring, event and data logging, UPS sensitivity adjustments and the high and low input voltage adjustments to name a few. Input and output voltages can be adjusted if your UPS supports it. For software compatibility please feel free to view the Operating System Compatibility Sheet here --> http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/ASTE-6Z5QEV_R21_EN.pdf
