Connext SW inverter/charger doesn't charge
The connext SW inverter/charger used to charge the batteries when providing an AC supply to the inverter/charger with a generator. Now when the AC supply is turned on, the AC supply light blinks like it normally would acknowledging that the AC supply is present. Instead of the light going solid after the AC supply is considered stable and the inverter/charger begins charging the batteries it now cycles continuously and never charges. The flashing AC supply light goes solid, you can here a relay latch and the inverter load up as if the charger is going into bulk charge and then the relay lets out and the AC supply light starts flashing again and then it will repeat over and over again. The AC supply voltage is in a good range and should not be the issue. Is there a inverter/charger issue? Is there a software issue?
