When I config Protocol with my Smart UPS 3000I by Hyper Terminal, I press Ctrl+Y, It now do not working.

Khac, can you try issuing a Shift Y from the HyperTerminal screen? Let us know what will you get.

Can you tell us the settings that you have used on HyperTerminal? In addition to what Juangele has provided and to help you out the part numbers of our network management card are AP9617/ AP9618/ AP9619/ AP9630 and AP9631. Please look for these number if you have a network management card. These cards are normally installed at the back of your UPS.

Hi there,

I am assuming that you are trying to configure and assign an IP on a network management card. What is the part number of the card and if possible the serial number. If you can, please provide also interface cable that you are using at the moment.
