Complete Smart-UPS 2200 Shutdown When Battery Reaches Low Runtime (900 seconds) and Auto-Restart on Power Restoration
Hello,
I am using a Schneider Electric Smart-UPS 2200 with UPS Network Management Card 2 (AP9631), firmware version UPS 09.4 (ID18). I am located in Ukraine, where frequent power outages make it critical to properly manage the UPS behavior.
Problem: I would like the UPS to completely shut down when the battery runtime reaches 15 minutes (900 seconds) to prevent further battery degradation. However, I also need the UPS to automatically restart when power is restored.
In the Network Management Card 2 settings, I have configured the Outlet Group to turn off the load when the battery runtime drops below 900 seconds. However, the inverter continues to run and further discharges the batteries, which I want to avoid. There doesn't seem to be a direct option in the current settings to fully shut down the UPS and prevent deep battery discharge.
Could you advise on how I can configure the UPS to:
Completely power off when the remaining runtime drops to 900 seconds?
Automatically restart the UPS when power is restored?
Any guidance or information about firmware updates or additional settings that would help resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hope that you guys are hanging in there based on the settings that you mentioned this is what you should have on all outlet groups
the SMT2200 unit has multiple outlet groups and if you only configured the outlet group 1 the main outlet group will still run if you configure the main outlet group to turn off then both outlet groups should power down. The green outlets can be powered off without powering off the Main outlet and the Main outlet groups once powered off will turn off all outlets make sure that you configured at least the Main outlet group of the both of them.
also make sure that the option to stay off after power returns is unchecked so that UPS automatically restarts.
You can also use the Minimum Return Runtime to make sure that the UPS has enough runtime before powering on.
