Have a SMT750RMI2U with AP9630 card installed. The AP9630 card has an IP address from DHCP, but when navigating to the web interface to configure it, I'm presented with " Error: The application was not able to load. You are attempting to access an APC device. There was a problem loading the application. Please login to the device via telnet for more details.".
I have tried upgrading the firmware via the firmware upgrade tool and FTP, but could get neither working. I am able to connect via telnet, and the about command returns the following, but I can't get it to do anything:

If you haven't tried to reset the NMC to factory defaults give this a try:
If you need to factory reset your device, another option is to format your device. This wipes flash memory and any remaining configurations entirely, including your current TCP/IP settings. This step can be done one of two ways:
