CS500 limited support in PCPE
I have APC CS500 (BK500EI). I am testing it with PCPE 3.1.0. What I found is that there is very little information reported in PCPE about my UPS.
I am providing print screens to show you what I see and for comparison a print screen taken from its official brochure. As you can see, I a missing information about remaining battery charge, if it is currently being charged, input voltage and power consumption. It also incorrectly reports that normal AC voltage is 120V, when it supposed to say 220-230V.
What could be the reason I get so limited support in PCPE?
