This morning the UPS alarm indicated a bad battery module. Can someone tell me how to replace the battery. Is this module still availalble from APC or is there another manufacturers model available as a replacement. I have no idea how old this unit is or if the batteries are the original ones in there. Also is the a maintenance manual available for this unit. There are four battery modules installed in this unit.
