Hi to profis, and novices like me; my question is centered around if anyone knows of an existing analysis over global Data Center site selection considering the various Data Protection (DP) requirements for Data Transfer, Storage and Processing. In light of all the various data privacy regulations, where would be the most ideal place to locate a data center without infringing on existing DP laws or encountering the enactment of a hostile DP Act in future, after one has already been built?
