Replaced battery in my BF280C/NB9840089322 Office UPS last week, has been plugged in for 4 days now. The 3 outlets powered by the battery show no power on a multimeter; the other 3 do provide power. When first switched on, the red "check battery" light comes on, and beeps for 30 seconds. The circuit breaker button is NOT up, and pushing it down makes no difference. I have checked the connections to the battery about 4 times, seems to be plugged in as far as it will go. The battery itself is reading about 10.5V after 4 days, and the battery I took out is reading 12+V.
Is there something else to check? Is there an internal fuse that can be replaced? Thanks in advance for your input.

Hi:
Unfortunately no, there are no replaceable fuses in this. Is this an official APC RBC or was this a third party battery? It looks like it's not seeing the battery installed. 10.5v for this is quite low, as it should float around ~13.6v (nominal 12v)
Thanks

Third party battery, but a replacement in kind for the battery that had worked well for over 3 years, I might try it with the volt meter across the leads to see if the unit is attempting to charge the battery or not. Thanks.
