UPS stuck in self-test mode?

I have a back-ups and it's been working fine till now.
When i got back home today, the LED was flashing amber, no beeps.
The manual says amber flash means it is in self test mode.
It's been that way since morning.
Removing load or disconnecting it from the power outlet does not help.
Keeping the power button pressed doesnt help either.

Is there any way I can reset the ups?

Which model UPS is this (model/serial)? Exactly which LED(s) are lit? Is it passing power in this state?
