I have the above UPS and the "replace battery light" came on along with the periodic alarm beeping. I've replaced the battery and the light is still on and the alarm still beeps.
What's wrong with my UPS?

Angela - the self-test fixed the issue. Thanks!
Bill P. - thanks for your input. I tried Angelas idea first because it was the easiest.

Hi,
You should reset the UPS. To do this, follow the below procedure;
1: Disconnect any attached load.
2: Unplug the UPS from the wall socket.
3: Disconnect the UPS' internal battery.
4: Push and hold the ""On"" button on the UPS for 5 seconds
5: Reconnect internal battery.
6: Plug UPS in to known good power source.
7: Turn UPS on.
If that does not resolve the issue we need to know the sequence of beeps coming from the UPS and if the red replace battery LED is solid or flashing.

After you replace the battery, you need to run a UPS self test to clear the replace battery indicator. If it doesn't clear the first time, allow the battery to charge for 24 hours if it hasn't already and then re-run the self test. Usually you can do a self test on the Back UPS by holding down the on/off button for a few seconds and then the online indicator flashes I think. Or, you can issue the command to do so via PowerChute.
The moral of the story is that the UPS cannot automatically clear the replace battery indicator.
Hope that helps.
