HI,
i bought 1 week ago a APC back-UPS XS-1 300.
During 5 days it works very well, but 2 days ago it starts to beeping in the night... then now, when i am checking the screener of it, i see that the battery is not full, better it have nothing of nivel of battery...and it don't charge now but it still saying "on line" without charging
What's happen?

Hi,
You should reset the UPS.
To do this, follow the below procedure;
1: Disconnect any attached load.
2: Unplug the UPS from the wall socket.
3: Disconnect the UPS' internal battery.
4: Push and hold the "On" button on the UPS for 5 seconds
5: Reconnect internal battery.
6: Plug UPS in to known good power source.
7: Turn UPS on.
If that does not resolve the issue you should contact the local technical support team. Since you unit in new and under warranty they will assist you. You can find local support information at http://www.apc.com/site/support/
