why does the battery /surge protector make now and then a real strong SOLID beep ??? The the light does not indicate to replace battery and this is about a YEAR or less old.

the only way to get rid of it is to PUSH the button to shut the battery off.

Can you please confirm the exact SKU of the UPS from the back or bottom of it? i.e. BE350G, BE350R, etc. That way, we can verify in the user's guide what the audible/visual indicators mean.
