I have a PC, monitor and LTE modem connected to the UPS. The PC is connected to the topmost master outlet and not surge only. The monitor and modem occupy the bottom most plug.
As of yesterday, when there is a power fluctuation and the house lights dim momentarily, the UPS switches to battery and the computer shuts down as if it lost power. A second or two later, the UPS will switch back to mains. The modem and monitor remain powered and stay on. On the UPS, a power event is logged. I had to dig for the comms cable to install Powerchute which I did this morning so will continue to monitor to see if anything pops up in the log. I simulated a power failure with the computer turned on by tripping the plug breaker and the UPS switched to battery and the computer stayed on without any issues. It's just when the house lights dim that this issue occurs. No issues occur during self test either.
Average operating capacity with monitor on, is about 190kWh when the problem occurs.
Average operating voltage is 227v
Sensitivity is currently set to medium.
The battery was replaced Jan 2019.
Would this indicate that there is a problem with the UPS?

Hi,
It sounds like the power supply is sensitive to the fluctuation. Try adjusting the sensitivity to high. Changing the sensitivity to high will cause the UPS to switch to battery quicker with the power drops.
