This is our 3rd battery swap. Great product but this time I can't budge the old battery. It rocks forward only every so slightly but won't move forward AT ALL. There is clearance on both sides but the ends seem tighter. I can even turn it upside down and I still can't budge the battery forward. Any ideas?

well, i'd personally recommend to think about trading the UPS in to APC/replacing the UPS.
the only reason i say that is because it is possible there is internal damage to the chassis that may impact the function of the UPS if you DO get the battery out. 😐
