Hi all,
just had a weird issue yesterday.
I have multiple locations with Pro 1500 connected to security system (NVR)
So far im very satisfied, However, two days ago, seems that during the night the site building lost the power for few hours, the Pro 1500 worked for 80 min and than he " dead", once the power is back the ups didn't turned on automatically. i had to manually turn on the ups.
by hit the POWER button.
there is a way to change the setting so once the power is back the UPS w ill turn ON automatically?
Thank you guys in advance.
koby

Hi,
The unit should turn back on automatically assuming the AC input is within tolerance. I recommend resetting the UPS.
To do this, follow the below procedure;
1: Disconnect any attached load.
2: Unplug the UPS from the wall socket.
3: Disconnect the UPS internal battery.
4: Push and hold the "On" button on the UPS for 5 seconds
5: Reconnect internal battery.
6: Plug UPS in to known good power source.
7: Turn UPS on.
If the unit displays the issue again please contact local support at 800-555-2725 option 2.
