BE700G-RS turns off when connect data cable to PC

Hi to all!

Very strange behavior with BE700G-RS UPS - when i connect data cable (940-0127E FCI) to UPS and then to USB port of PC - UPS turns off completely with 2-3 seconds.

Has anyone come across this situation ?

Windows 10 without any UPS software

I try to connect it to notebook with Win 7, same way, UPS turns off. But drivers are installed.

Then i install APC software and it connect to UPS successful, i can manage UPS settings and etc

But cannot bring it online..
