My Back-UPS pro 1000 beeps once every 5 minutes. What is it trying to tell me?

Hi Jim,

That is not a standard alarm for these units. What is the full model and serial number of your unit? Are there any fault messages or blinking indicators on the front of the unit while you are hearing the beeping?
