Hi all. I have a problem with my ups.
My battery was finished an year ago. Battery unplugged from UPS.
A few days ago I changed the battery with an original one. I mount it, connect ups to the power socket , no consumers plugged to ups, and when i press power button i heard a constant tone, no led lighted visible. This sound is ending when i press power button again.
Just after power on, before the constant tone, i heard o noise like a relay trying to connect for 1-2 seconds.
Thank you, waiting for a solution.

Hi,
The constant tone indicates a component failure. Try resetting the UPS.
1: Disconnect any attached load.
2: Unplug the UPS from the wall socket.
3: Disconnect the UPS' internal battery.
4: Push and hold the "On" button on the UPS for 5 seconds
5: Reconnect internal battery.
6: Plug UPS in to known good power source.
7: Turn UPS on.
If after the reset the UPS does not power on correctly the unit should be replaced.
