Back-UPS ES 550 No Power On Light

Hi,

I just purchased this new unit, when I plug into the wall and hit the power button, I only get green light on the first indicator. There are 3 indicators. The second indicator is "Power On" and I get no light on that one. How do I get the "Power On" indicator to light up green? Am I missing something?

The green led should be the power on LED. If you can confirm the exact model # from the white tag on the unit, I can confirm this 100 %.
