Hi everyone,

I got a 5 years old unit Back-UPS 1100 model and recently change to new battery, I try it on and it does last me 30+ minutes for single PCs. But it doesn't give any beeping sound when it power down like other brand UPS normally we can hear the beeping warning sound due to power cut off or something.

It is normal or I got to sent it to service center?
