I have a BX950MI-AZ with flaky outlet sockets. Even though plugged in firmly, they crackle when the connected lead is gently jiggled. Crackle suggests arcing which suggests fire risk. I had wondered why attached PC powers down randomly. Finally figured it was when the power lead is disturbed.

Can you make a short video and provide a link showing this problem on this specific APC UPS? In the interim please submit a RMA with APC Technical Support requesting a replacement unit.
