When I got home yesterday my PC was shut down and the red "replace battery" indicator was flashing. I have tried other cells in the unit and the situation persists.
In powerchute, I see status "Battery Disconnected".
Anything that you can help me with?

Hello,
The batteries seem to be fine. They were all connected (has been working for at least 12 months), not swollen or cracked or unusually hot or anything. I measured the voltage at 13.1 volts on both of them.
At first, I turned on the PC and it would work fine but after 15 minutes, the PC shut down. Then it would not start for more than a couple of minutes before sutting down again. That's when I disconnected the PC from the UPS and plugged it back to the utility.
Then I used 2 other batteries from other appliances and tested it, same result (Red flashing light). Both batteries had good voltage. (fully charged).

If you have tried different batteries already and it does the same thing, flashing replace battery and failure to support he load when you do a pull-plug test then the unit had encountered a fault.

Can you send me a PM with your contact details on it? Like the business name and address if this UPS is being used for business. Then your personal details i.e. complete name, address, position, phone and mobile number. I'll check if this unit is within the factory warranty period.
