BX800CI-MS and PowerChute Personal Edition 3.1

Hello,

 I have BX800CI-MS and want to use it with PowerChute Personal Edition 3.1. I connect normally USB cable to the notebook and install PowerChute Personal Edition 3.1 and cannot. Please see pict join.

I use win10.

I see that both are normally "compatible"... by this doc HERE.

When you connected the USB cable for the first time for the Laptop. Did you get a New Hardware Found or Installing the New Hardware or New Hardware installed and working messages?

You may want to see if the USB ports can be turned off or powered down when not in use.  In the Laptops setup screens.

Device Manager may show something. See if any hardware shows up when connected and disappears when disconnected. Mine shows up as a Battery Device in the Device Manager.

ok Brian. I am thinking that too "Found or Installing the New Hardware". I dont see new HW. But today I use a real PC and the bip and light "replace battery" are ON! I ll replace it then I ll try again. Thanks for advices.

Ok after I sent then after a while they call me back : ups mainboard dead. 
Now I bough another one : BX1100LI-MS. I didnt check but it had no USB port ...
