Change power mode with APC Back-UPS

Hello,

is it possible to program the Back-UPS that it will use the battery first and if the battery is empty use the grid power?

Hi,

No. A Back-UPS is designed to provide output when AC is not available. Also, The more deep discharges the UPS experiences the sooner the battery/batteries will fail so it is not a good idea to run on battery output for long periods of time.
