Hi,
My BX750MI-GR (2 yrs old) is randomly powering itself off.
Setup is: BX750 plugged into a grounded wall socket and there is only 1 device connected to it (Synology NAS).
At random moments, the UPC is starting to beep, like a hard continious beep.
If i don't turn the UPC off, it keeps beeping...
If i don't react it simply cuts the power to the NAS which causes not so nice of a shutdown procedure.
There were no power outages since i can remember as all other equipment keeps it's time.
When i pull the UPC from the wall socket, it's acting like it should and keeps the NAS powered on for as long as it has battery before the NAS shuts itself down.
I checked for firmware updates and logfiles but couldnt find any.

You’ll need to refer to APC Power Chute (PCPE) software. As doing so will offer more insight on active faults, error codes, and the power quality seen at this location.
Please refer to the full users manual on page 7 for Status Indicators that best match the problem you see. As it relates to a constant tone from the unit.
The possibilities are battery, over temperature, over load, faulty charger.
Let me know what you see and observe once PCPE Software is installed. Please upload the logs and screen captures of the different tabs for review. 👍

Thanks Teken!
I remember a message on "power being used, exceeded capacity" (led + constant tone).
However that is a bit strange as I only have 1 NAS device connected to the UPC.
It's the same when i connect my synology DS413 or DS923 (different power adapters) to the unit.
The logs don't seem to pickup the surge or the beep.

Everything looks fine in the image captures thanks for taking the time to upload. 👍
Given the unit is two years old I would double check how the unit behaves with various loads. You’ll need to find something that will mimic 30, 50, 100% load on the system.
The two tests you’re going to conduct is online vs offline (battery only). While the unit is plugged into AC Mains attach the above loads and watch the unit and PCPE Software on your computer. Does the system reflect these attached loads when present (appropriately) without declaring a fault / error?
If so repeat the same tests while on battery only mode. The only difference here is you should time how long the unit operates for with the various loads attached.
The APC website may show a runtime calculator for you indicating what 50-100% loads are. For example 50% load is expected to provide 30 minutes while 100% load is like 5 minutes.
These two online / offline (battery only) tests are to determine if the most basic operation is present.
Please report back what you see and observe with screen captures. If there are any active faults / errors please do call them out from the units LED / Beeper, to PCPE Software. 👍

So when stress testing the system nothing happens...it keeps running (which is good right).
The max output of the NAS is 100W, so well within range of the max load of the UPS (410W).
Strange thing is when i only have the NAS plugged in, all of a sudden (approx 2x a month), while under power (230V) the UPS dies (constant beep) and shuts the NAS improperly down.
Checking powerchute on the failure / error / beep is not giving any log files...as it's never happened. Self tests remain to be OK.
Checking log files on Synology only give an improper shutdown.
Worthwile to give Schneider a call?
