I HAVE NOTHING PLUGGED IN, LEFT IT CHARGING OVER THE WEEKEND, WHEN I TURN IT ON I GET THE STEADY BEEP AND F01 CODE. I'VE TESTED THE BATTERIES, THEY SAY THEY ARE 26V (13V EACH). DOESN'T SEEM TO HOLD A CHARGE. ANY IDEAS?

The battery is rated to provide 2-5 years of service life depending upon usage, temperature, and environmental conditions.
If your battery is within this time frame this is the area to focus on.
Based on the limited information you have provided that the battery won’t hold a charge indicates the battery is dead and end of life.
The replacement battery cartridge is APC RBC124.
Which can be purchased directly from APC or any authorized retailer.
You may also consider purchasing the OEM battery directly from (CSB) who is one of the major battery suppliers for APC. They offer the raw cells and many of the cartridges for other APC products.
Once you replace the battery ensure you reset the battery counter by entering the new battery installation date via APC Power Chute software (APC PCPE). Once that has been entered manually initiate a Self Test.
Let the new battery recharge for a minimum of 24 hours or when it shows 100% capacity.
Than, initiate a battery calibration with at least 30% attached load. Doing so will ensure the system reflects the correct operational runtime while on battery only mode.
