BR900GI make my PC power-on by itself when running on battery

PC setting : power-off and connect with usb data port. / Bios setting : Enable power-on by usb mouse/keyboard.

Problem occur when BR900GI starting run on battery, it make my PC power-on by itself.

This problem not happen if disconnect usb data port or disable power-on by mouse in bios.

Can I fix this problem? or It is a normal situation for apc ups. (My old local brand ups doesn't have this problem)

This problem still there it very annoy me. Sometime at night when blackout I have to get up to shutdown my pc again. frown

Shoud I RMA this ups?

You should not RMA the UPS. PowerChute cannot restart your computer if it is in a powered down state (S4 or S5). It will restart the computer if it is in sleep mode or standby and it is designed to do so in the event of a power failure. PowerChute wakes the system to allow it to power down properly before the UPS battery dies.

To resolve the issue power down the system completely.
