My UPS is out of warranty already about a year, my issue is during the event of power failure the ups was shutdown and it happened twice already.
So what i did right after power came back and the ups goes online again, i unplug the the ac supply and the ups transfer to the battery mode and every thing was working fine., but what happened if during power failure the ups was down? any known issue,
thanks

ok, so this extreme transient is capable of shutting down the UPS? it means that this model is not ready for this kind of transient?

yeah, we have, 1 Unit of BE500PH, 2 units of BE500RPH and 1 unit of itON UPS ( Liebert UPS ), BE500PH and BE500RPH react as normal during power failure, everything works fine, sometimes this itON 600VA will shutdown also same as the BR500I..
