BR1500MS2 120V - High Transfer Voltage

Hello,

I have a brand new BR1500MS2 120v unit.  When reviewing the Power Chute Power Settings, the software is not allowing a manual change to 142vac.  Nor any value for that matter.  (Please enter a value less than or equal to 142)

 - Enter value within recommendation.  Press 'Apply' button and the software reverts back to 250vac

The internet of things has failed me in searching for a resolution, so far....

Is there a workaround for this?

Based only on the limited information provided here are you sure this device is for your specific regions line voltage?!?

Where do you live and what is the line voltage in that country?!? Show me a picture of the front and back of the system clearly showing the input / output voltage of the unit.

Show me a screen capture of the tab you’re trying to define.
